I have been in this business since 1983 at the age of twelve. I worked summers in the body shop for 20 hours a week the first year and 40 hours a week the following years. I have worked here full time since 1991. In 1996 I graduated from the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy in Washington D.C. In 2001 I was approved by GM to become the dealer operator. I am not just the son of the boss, I literally worked my way up, from janitor, clean up, parts, finance, general manager to now dealer.

I was born in St Louis and lived there till the age of 4 then we moved to Sweet Springs a very small town near Sedalia until I was 10. I have been in Lebanon since 1981 where I graduated Lebanon High School and met my wife Angela D. Smith. We have been married since 1995 and have two daughters, Abbey and Halle Brooke. Angie worked at Wal-Mart for 8 years and then at US Cellular for 5 years, after that she worked at our service counter for a year just before she gave birth to our first daughter Abbey. She now stays home with our two girls.

I was born and raised in Lebanon, MO, my parents are Randy & Regina “Joy” Marcum my Grandparents are David Jr & Cora Marcum and I have one brother Aaron Marcum.  I graduated from Lebanon High School where I was a three sport varsity letterman.

I started my career in sales at G&G Marina in retail boat sales.  I have been at Twenters' Superstore since 2002.  During my time at Twenters' I have served many customers with a professional caring attitude.  It is my goal to provide the quality service that you expect from Twenters'.

When I am not working I stay very active in the community adult sporting leagues, including winning the 2006 Men's and Co-ed Missouri State Softball Championship.

I have been with Twenters` Superstore since 1999, worked in sales for 3yrs, and now I am currently the sales manager. I’ve been involved with customer service for several years.      I am practically a lifetime Lebanon resident.  I am married to a wonderful woman name Patty (her maiden name is Burgess) and am helping her raise her youngest child Chris, who is a senior at Lebanon High School.  He is very active in extra curricular activities like football, track, and golf.....  As well as being involved in student council and the Bridges program (mentoring younger students.)  We are very proud of him.

     I worked as a roofer in town with my father and brother (Staggs Roofing) for many years.  I have extensive experience in customer service, and pride myself on my product knowledge. I have been to many of GM’s vehicle training courses, I study my products and competition extensively and have been a GM Certified Salesman since 2003.  I also recieved the award from Twenters' for Salesman of the Year in 2006.

I am the son of Gaylene and the late Jerald Peters. I have three brothers, Tim Peters of the Missouri Highway Patrol, Sergeant Steve Peters of the Lebanon Police Department and Mike Peters who works for Frito Lay. I am married to Michelle (Eilenstein), I have four kids, Brett, Mickey, Jordan and Cory. I have worked in the auto industry for 12 years, 7 with Wal-Mart and the last 5 here. I strive to take care of my customers, their needs are my top priority.

I have been employed at Twenter's Automotive since 1999.  I feel that the family values that have been stressed from Twenter's are a must have in a smaller community dealership.  We try to focus on the customer's needs, not the sale.  I hope that with every repair delivered to the customer we gain a business relationship that keeps coming back.  My family has been very much involved in the auto industry for as long as I can remember.  My father, after his time in the service was a bodyman for many years with time spent at this dealership.  My brother, uncle and sister in law are employed at our paint supplier here in town and are very good customers of ours as well.  I have spent time in the parts department and have knowledge of their daily activity.  I am GM certified, PPG paint certified, ASE certified, 3M certified and certified in two different estimating systems, as well as being certified with my technicians as I-Car Gold Class shop.  Our shop and technicians are constantly training for the changes in our industry along with GM's ongoing certified tech program.  It is our goal to make your visit with us as simple and convenient as can be.

I have been in the parts department since 1996, in 2006 I became dept manager. My wife Debbie works at United Insurors. We have two daughters, Brenda J. Potman U.S.A.F. stationed at Andrews Air Force base in Maryland and Tonya Soum is married to Brian Soum which have our two grand kids, Jacob and Katie.

I was born & raised here and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1960.  I have worked at this dealership since Sept. 1966.  I started out as Cashier/Bookkeeper and have been Office Mgr & Head Bookkeeper since 1978.  I have seen a LOT of changes over the past 40 years but our CUSTOMERS  are still our First Priority.
 
I married John Thomas Miller in 1963 and have 2 children, Diedre (Dede) Jon Mitchell and Darin Thomas Miller/  I have 3 granddaughters, Jillian & Taylor Mitchell and Emily Miller and 1 grandson, Thomas Miller who are the light of my life.  I have been a widow for 10 years so I live alone with my CAT, Jacey.  I enjoy the grandkids coming for long visits and I am a member of Second Baptist Church.
